Advantages:

High frequency heating is functioned by means of the heating-up of the object itself, therefore, the speed of heating is faster and the loss of heat is lesser
The efficiency of high frequency heating is higher than an electric hot air dryer by 50%.
In high frequency heating process. Products with different density and water content can be heated effectively at the same time. The average of water content of products dried by high frequency heating can be kept within 1%. Thus maintaining their good quality.
The advantages in high frequency heating is that while portion with higher water content can conduct heat more easily, portions with less water content will not heat up itself, in this way, the good quality of the products being processed can be maintained, and deformation of discoloration resulted from over heat can be avoided.
